How to Join
NOTE: Our fees will be increasing on May 1st 2024 by $10 for existing members, and by $30 for new sign ups.
There are three membership requirements to join our Dojo. You can use your own white or blue Judogi, or purchase a white one from us in person.
- You must belong to one of the following national judo organizations.Please sign up online beforehand and bring a copy of your membership card or email receipt with you. If you plan to participate in competitions, we recommend joining USA Judo. Otherwise we recommend joining USJA.
USJA (United States Judo Association)
USAJ (USA Judo)
USJF (United States Judo Federation)
If you are a current member of either of the above organizations, please present valid membership identification upon joining our dojo. - Hollywood Japanese Cultural Institute Annual membership $20/year for individual, $30/year for family. Sign up for this has to be done in person at our dojo.
